By placing an order with Wade Exotic Nursery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure all orders.
• Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
• Plants are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.

No Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once payment has been made or a purchase has been completed.
• Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before making payment.
• Photos and videos of plants are available upon request before purchase.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available islandwide (delivery fees may vary by location).
• Pickup is available in Junction, St. Elizabeth.
• Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and plant availability.

Plant Care

• Plants are living products and require proper care after collection or delivery.
• Wade Exotic Nursery is not responsible for plant damage, decline, or loss resulting from improper planting, watering, weather conditions, pests, neglect, or incorrect care after the customer receives the plant.
